Rides and Activities

The 2016 Warbirds Over Monroe Air Show will be held Saturday, Nov. 12 and Sunday, Nov. 13 at the Charlotte-Monroe Executive Airport off Airport Road in Monroe. It will feature several planes from World War II era and beyond.   The show goes on, rain or shine, and parking is free. Limited handicap parking is available near the airport; once the lot is full, it will become a drop-off and pick-up point. Buses will be available to shuttle patrons.

Coolers, smoking and pets, with the exception of service dogs, are not permitted. Bring blankets or folding chairs for seating. Cameras are allowed.

Tentative Schedule of Events

Friday Night at 5:30 p.m. we will have a modified USO show in the performer’s tent. This is free and open to the public.

The Full Air Show will kick off Saturday at 9 a.m. as gates open.
